One star. They seem to think everyone is on there time. There's people waiting and staff just walks around doing nothing. That in Fairfield. Very crappy people and service

Haircuts have been ok, over priced for kid cuts though - it’s just a haircut. Also, they should change the time posted on website for closing to 6:30 because anytime you walk in after 6 they start hollering that they close soon. Kid cuts take 15 minutes - you can plan better and take people after 7.
