Ladonna has always been the sweetest when giving me my haircut and always makes it a pleasant experience!

My hair is completely uneven on both sides and the back. I came in to get a haircut on (3/8/2020). The hair stylist was nice enough and tried to provide a good experience, but my hair is literally messed up in every king of way imaginable. I would really like my money back at this point.

Ladonna W is probably the worst hair stylist I ave ever been to. After she did a hatchet job on my hair she blamed it on me. I may never go back to sport clip again. A little humility and apology goes a long way
